The second city is a more recently created city to add another level to the game.
One of the features of the second city is Adventures, which adds a bit of story-line to the city.
To get to the second city you need to get a buss pass, you can get this by taking one from a guy in front of you.
Once in the second city, you will need to mug someone for the map to gain access to the city's features.
Train Station - used in an adventure, there are boxes, where you sometimes find things underneath them.
Nightclub - Main adventures storyline. once you have completed the adventure, you gain access to the dance floor, where you can get free cash off people, and sometimes you will come up against random fighters who train your stats if you beat them.

Parking Garage (AKA Fight Club) - The fight club is very similar to the arena, you have various opponents who are found doing various adventures
